光淪科技研發(fā)的LITEMAZE008高精度3D視覺(jué)定位系統(tǒng)采用結(jié)構(gòu)光加相機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,具有體積小,精度高,識(shí)別快等特點(diǎn)。高精度±0.05mm,專(zhuān)為裝配行業(yè)的高精度定位要求而設(shè)計(jì);定位時(shí)間小于2S,可滿足產(chǎn)線的高節(jié)奏要求;固定式的安裝設(shè)計(jì),可與機(jī)械手并行工作。
原理
通過(guò)高速、精確的3D結(jié)構(gòu)光成像系統(tǒng),對(duì)物體表面輪廓進(jìn)行掃描,形成點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù);并對(duì)點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行智能分析處理,加以AI算法、機(jī)器人路徑自動(dòng)規(guī)劃、自動(dòng)防碰撞等智能化技術(shù);計(jì)算出當(dāng)前工件實(shí)時(shí)空間坐標(biāo),并引導(dǎo)機(jī)器人完成自動(dòng)抓取任務(wù)。協(xié)助機(jī)器人集成商快速完成3D定位方案。

The litemaze008 high-precision 3D vision positioning system adopts the design scheme of structured light plus camera, which has the characteristics of small volume, high precision and fast recognition. High precision ± 0.05mm, specially designed for the high precision positioning requirements of the assembly industry; the positioning time is less than 1S, which can meet the high-speed requirements of the production line; the fixed installation design can work in parallel with the manipulator.
Technical principle
Through the high-speed and accurate 3D structured light imaging system, the surface contour of the object is scanned to form the point cloud data; the point cloud data is intelligently analyzed and processed, and intelligent technologies such as AI algorithm, robot path automatic planning, automatic anti-collision are applied; the real-time spatial coordinates of the current workpiece are calculated, and the robot is guided to complete the automatic grabbing task. Assist the robot integrator to complete the 3D positioning scheme quickly.
